 are interested in working or volunteering in the local community with peop
 le who may experience issues with their mental health and well-being.\n\nT
 his course will help you understand what we mean by mental health and well
 -being\, understand different mental health conditions and treatment\, kno
 w how to find support for mental health conditions and know how to look af
 ter your own mental health and wellbeing.\n\nThis course will take place i
 n person in a classroom or hired space. You will take part in discussions 
 as well as working on your own and in a group. There will be an assignment
  each week (quizzes\, finding things out\, etc.) which you must complete i
