  would like to learn more.\n\nDuring this course you will learn: The meani
 ng of the term ‘mental health’\, the different types of mental health 
 conditions\, the impact of drugs and alcohol on a person’s own mental he
 alth\, the impact of social media on a person’s own mental health\, how 
 to look after own and others physical and mental health and how to seek he
 lp and support with your own and others mental health.\n\nYour course will
  include presentations from your tutor\, discussions\, the sharing of expe
