 ntification\, responding\, recording and reporting processes involved in c
 hild protection. This Devon Children &amp\; Families Partnership recogni
 sed training will also raise awareness of legislation\, attitudes &amp\; v

 se who work regularly\, or have a period of intense but regular contact wi
 th children and young people or with staff who may be in a position to ide
 ntify concerns and who may be expected to contribute to the assessment of 
 the child’s developmental needs or the adult’s parenting capacity.\nAt
  the end of this session you will have:-\n\n\n 	\na better understanding o
 f the legislative frameworks and guidance in safeguarding children and you
 ng people\n\n 	\na greater awareness of the types of abuse and neglect whi
 ch children and young people may experience and its impact and how to reco
 gnise the signs and indicators.\n\n 	\na clear understanding of what to do
  if someone has concerns about a child in Devon or a child makes a disclos
 ure and the processes involved.\n\n 	\nan improved knowledge about the rol
 es and responsibilities of individuals\, organisations and Devon Safeguard
 ing Children Partnership\, including identifying\, reporting\, recording\,
  sharing information.\n\n 	\nBeing able to interact with other participant
