During your training you will gain your knowledge on the 5 modules through a variety of learning styles including PowerPoint, group work including feedback, activities/games and self-assessment, as well as an opportunity to practically have a go at fitting child restraints into cars

What is the timetable for the course?
You are undertaking a recognised qualification and therefore this will be an intensive time; dependant on which type of course you choose: Pre -course Learning Prior to the course you will receive some pre- course learning to print off and read through, this usually takes around 15 to 20 mins to complete. There is a short quiz/ puzzle at the end for you to test your knowledge. You will need to have this with you on your training day as you will get the answers when you attend. For Face-to-Face learners, you will receive your full work pack on arrival that you will be expected to complete during the training. For Online learners, once your payment has been received for your place on the course you will receive the work pack via email, that you can print out and you will be expected to complete this during the training.
On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate from IOSH. The certification lasts for three years and needs renewing within two months of expiry.
You will also receive 7 CPD points.
