DESCRIPTION:Multi-agency tool to help everyone who works with children\, yo
 ung people and families across the partnership.\nThese dates are for all m
 ulti-agency partners (including schools/education) \n This session will 
 be online - Teams link to follow\nEarly help is the most effective\, evide
 nce-based way to prevent harm to children\; working with families at an ea
 rly stage helps to prevent problems form escalating.  Never has it been m
 ore important to get it right in Devon to help families recover from the i
 mpact of the pandemic and to build resilience for other challenges that la
 y ahead.\nIn Devon there are many different agencies - statutory\, volunta
 ry\, private and independent organisations - who come into contact with\, 
 and support children and their families.\nTo help guide you through this D
 evon County Council and the Devon Children &amp\; Families Partnership (De
 von SCP)\, in consultation with partners\, have developed a revised Level
 s of Need Tool - previously known as the Threshold Tool.\nIt has been des
 igned to support you in making decisions about interventions so that child
 ren and families receive the right help\, at the right time\, in the right
  place and from the most appropriate service(s).\nSupported by our multi-a
 gency partners\, the Devon SCP and Devon Education Services will provide a
  series of virtual and face to face workshops from August to introduce you
  through the tool and guide you through the revisions.\nIt really is essen
 tial that you attend one of these sessions so you can get familiar with th
 e Levels of Need and other tools which are available to support you. \nIf
