 (YP) go missing and their role in responding to and reducing this from hap
 pening.\n\nTrainer: Project M Ltd\n\nLearning Objectives: By the end of th
 is course learners will be able to:\n\n 	Explain what makes a young person
  vulnerable to going missing (i.e. push and pull factors).\n 	Identify th
 e risks posed when a young person goes missing and assessing risk to\n 	sa
 feguard the young person.\n 	Recognise the differences between known and h
 idden missing.\n 	Discuss the importance of Return Home Conversations and 
 how this supports further intervention work to prevent and/or reduce missi
 ng incidents in the future.\n\nKnow their role and of all agencies and ind
 ividuals when a young person goes missing and subsequent problem-solving a
 ctivities to prevent/ reduce future missing episodes (including legislatio
