Libraries update

Now that lockdown restrictions are gradually being lifted, we wanted to give you a quick update about changes to our Devon Libraries service.

Plans are underway for a phased reopening of libraries from the week commencing 6th July. A contactless ‘Choose & Collect’ service will also be starting at most libraries across Devon.

Meanwhile, your loans for outstanding library books, CDs and DVDs will be automatically extended to 31st August. You’ve got plenty of time to return them, and there won’t be any fines.

And don’t forget that there’s a fantastic range of online resources, from e-books to audiobooks, online magazines to researching your family history, it’s all available with your free library membership.

Head to the Devon Libraries website to join the library or to read more about the latest updates to the library service.
