Race Equality Week 2023

This week is Race Equality Week, an annual UK-wide event that units thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace.

Race Equality Matters have created a 5-day challenge for the week, which will run from Monday 6 February to Friday 10 February. The theme is that race equality is everyone’s business, and the 5-day challenge asks teams to spend five minutes each day having a meaningful conversation.

We encourage everyone to participate in the 5-day challenge; remember that small changes can make a real difference in how people feel.
