Take part in the the 2026 Victims’ Survey

Claire Waxman, Victims’ Commissioner for England and Wales, is launching the 2026 Victims’ Survey and needs your help to make it a success.
This survey is the only one of its kind in England and Wales. It gives victims a direct voice on their experience of the criminal justice system and the Commissioner uses it to drive real change. I hope you’ll be able to lend your support.
The survey is open 8 April to 6 May 2026.
You can take part in the survey here. It is anonymous, takes around 15 minutes, and is open to anyone aged 16+ who has experienced crime since January 2021 – whether or not they reported it to police. TONIC are supporting the Victims’ Commissioner with this project.
