To mark International Men’s Day, NHS Devon are proud to support a webinar on the conversations we need to be having with men and boys, in our professional and personal lives. With insights from local speakers and activists covering topics including sexual abuse, suicide, trauma, shame and pornography, this event is an opportunity to reflect on a range of issues which impact upon men’s health and wellbeing, their ability to talk and how we can help create connection.

This event is open to all practitioners working in Devon and Cornwall with an interest in improving the health and wellbeing of the men in their professional or personal lives.

Hosted by Marc Gardiner of Zebra Collective and including contributions from Ben Dunks author of Intimacy: A guide for young men about sex, Joe Haward author, journalist and Senior Community Chaplain in the NHS, John Slater Co-director of MoMENtum, Kevin Taylor Facilitator and Development Worker for Operation Emotion and Josh Frantz-Morgans, FearFree Health IDVA.
