Group 3 – Designated Safeguarding Lead

Audience:  suitable for all those working with children and young people in a Designated Safeguarding Lead role.

This 2-day training course explores in depth process, culture, risk assessment, the organisation and a root cause analysis approach to reflection.  Whilst safeguarding training is a key requirement for all, this learning often does not provide the further skills around analysis and communication to feel confident in such important judgement calls when staff and young people depend on us.  Please note:  both days need to be attended and completed
