New Family Plan Template

A new family plan template will launch on the 2 December 2024.

The new template is to be used alongside all families where the children are subject to CP planning, CIN planning and/or stepping down to Early Help support services. Please note that while this document has developed by Devon County Council, all partners need to be familiar with it so that we all understand what happens when a child moves to being a Child in Need or on a CP plan.

This bulletin explaining the changes, which has already been sent to all Children’s Services colleagues, should allow all partners to understand the changes that have been made and why they have been made.

Please also note that Children’s Services are developing a “3 Minute Guide” for professionals, which we will share with you over the next fortnight.
