Review of the Adolescent Safety Framework
The Adolescent Safety Framework (ASF) is a pioneering approach to managing contextual risk which will support children, young people, families and professionals from across the partnerships. It launched in December 2019 to support a multi-agency approach to Contextual Safeguarding across Devon. Now, as a partnership, we are embarking on a review of the framework to inform its future development.
The ASF is a strengths-based model, harnessing the already trusted relationships that practitioners have with the young person, and it enables us all to follow a process and pathway to mitigate the risks for all concerned.
We would really value the help of our multi-agency partners in trying to understand what your knowledge, understanding and practice is in relation to the ASF. As such, we need to hear directly from you and would really appreciate you taking 5-10 minutes to complete the short survey. The results of the survey will feed into the overall review and future development of the ASF.
The survey will be open for a two-week period so please do try and find the time to complete it.
