Take part in our survey to help improve Information Sharing

The Quality Assurance Workforce Delivery Group is conducting a thematic review into Information Sharing.

As part of the activity we are undertaking, we are keen to hear directly from practitioners, managers and senior leaders about what is working well and where we can strengthen our approach.

This short, anonymous survey (around 5 minutes) is an important part of the review alongside audits and practitioner conversations, and will help us build a clear, shared picture of practice across Devon SCP. The feedback received will directly inform partnership learning, guidance and system improvements, so that we can better support timely, high-quality information sharing that makes a difference for children and families.

The survey is open now until 30 June 2026. Please take the time to fill it in and share it across your organisation.
