Early Help

Locality Early Help Triage Meetings

The locality Triage meetings take place in:

Exeter & East: Wednesday 1pm

North & Mid: Thursday 10am

South & West: Thursday 1pm

Certain prerequisites must be met before a Triage Request form can be discussed at a Locality Triage meeting –

  1. Ensure there is an open case on Right for Children with a recent Early Help Assessment. You can find a guide of what makes a good EHA here
  2. It is important to obtain written consent for all household members over the age of 13. This must then be uploaded as a case observation to the RFC case
  3. Once the above steps are completed, please fill out the Triage Request form, ensuring all fields are completed. This form can then be sent to earlyhelppartnership-mailbox@devon.gov.uk

Please note: This is for Level 2 signposting/advice/funding requests only.
If you are worried about the safety or wellbeing of a child or young person in Devon, please complete the request for support online form.

The outcome of your request will be recorded as a Case Observation on the Right for Children case record for the family – please check Right for Children before emailing a query to the early help & partnership mailbox
