Family Hubs

A Request for Support Form can be completed by family, professionals, practitioners, and the Front Door (if appropriate): Submit a family hubs support request – Education and Families

LINKS

Links is designed to offer risk and harm reduction intervention to children and young person’s (CYP) and some young adults who have gone missing from home (any form of home), are at risk of, or are being exploited or are involved in increasing anti-social behaviour and offending, which may increase vulnerability to exploitation and/or exposure to youth violence.

Links will work with CYP aged 10+, and young adults 18 to 25 who are care experienced.

Youth Justice Service

Devon Youth Justice Service is a multi-agency team that work with children and young adults aged 10 to 18 (and their families/carers) who have committed an offence or are at risk of committing offences.
